Yello and welcome to another Weekend Roundup! I officially have an oven and stove again so I’ll be including more recipes from now on. If you don’t follow me on insta and know about our kitchen renovation, we’ve been renovating since April and are almost finished with the total gut project. After we tie up some loose ends, touch up paint, tile, etc. I’m going to do a reveal. Would you rather watch on Youtube or IGTV? Let me know in the comments because I’d like to film it and have photos in a blog post too.

Every week I put together vegan news, recipes, and things I’m digging from the interwebs. Here’s what I’m enjoying from around the web this week. Enjoy!
