Happy Friday! This morning I went to a super inspiring talk about death and dying. The speech was based on embracing mortality so we can enjoy our lives in the present. We’re always replaying the past or worrying about the future, but all we have is the present. So gosh darn it, live in the present!
You’ve obviously heard this message before, but it was presented in such a refreshing way I walked out of the speach feeling light and full of ideas. A new perspective is always helpful and expanding your brain can never hurt. I highly encourage everyone to attend things like this in your city or even online. Check to see if there is a ‘Creative Mornings‘ chapter in your city.
