I’m looking to get suggestions of who you guys want to hear on the podcast.  Do you want to know more about vegan fitness? Or cruelty free beauty? What about sustainable fashion?  Is there someone who you think conveys the message that really speaks to you?  If so drop me a line, or send me an instagram message. I want to make a show that you guys want to hear.

Below are some links I’m enjoying from around the web this week.

Doesn’t everything in pink and green packaging seem more appealing? The new Larabar flavor looks good!

Pay attention to what is happening with animal welfare right now, we need to be properly informed.

List making queen right here! This notepad is so fun, plus that price point is great.

This little girl has the backbone to stand up for animals which is hard for a lot of adults. I give her so much credit. Also, the comments section here is just bad- don’t read it!

Valentines day is coming up, and I only make super easy recipes. Thankfully I have a bliss ball recipe for you.

This ice cream brand is jumping on board with the vegan ice cream offerings, I can’t say no to this classic flavor.

Also, since its so near valentines I’m hitting you with all of the vegan dessert news. Ben and Jerry’s might have new flavors? They won’t confirm nor deny.

I’ve been making my own shampoo for years and recently tried this shampoo/conditioner in one. It’s not a gimmick, it really works! I just ordered my second bottle.

This non vegan restaurant is launching an all vegan menu for New York Fashion Week. The menu is to ‘cater to health conscious clientele’ like Kanye West. A lilttle gimmicky, but I’ll take it.

Did you get the free Meal Planning Template that went along with this week’s episode? If not click the link below to download the ‘Less Stress, More Good Food’ planner.

  1. I always wondered about this but never really found an answer. If a company makes both vegan and non-vegan products, is it okay to buy from them? I see it both ways because by buying vegan stuff from those companies, I’m encouraging them to make more vegan products or go completely vegan. But also the money I’m giving them, they’d be using to make non-vegan things. This is something I think about while buying non-food related items such as clothes makeup. Should I only buy from and support companies that only make vegan products?
