I’m a sucker for anything ‘cookie dough’ and these look drool worthy. They are a healthified ‘Peanut Butter Blondie’ with a chickpea and peanut butter base that uses maple syrup as a sweetener.

Valentines = chocolate? I think so! These ‘Avocado Fudge’ bars only have a handful of ingredients and are a healthy version of fudge while still being decadent. If you haven’t tried avocado in a dessert before, you’re in for a real treat. It’s creamy and dreamy and oh so smooth.
