Happy 30 episodes! We’re a podcast about practical vegan living and I can’t think of any one I would rather have on episode 30 than Hannah and Derek, aka High Carb Hannah & Dman. They are practical vegans to the core and we dedicate a whole episode to talking with them.

In this episode we hear their stories on building a tiny house from scratch, loosing over 65lbs on a whole foods plant based diet, and how they went from ‘traditional’ living of owning a home and a 9-5, to living a minimal life and working for themselves. HCH and Derek have so much information to share, they could fill 3 episodes and still keep it interesting!

We also have a GIVEAWAY thanks to Hannah & Derek. They are offering one lucky winner a copy of one of their ebooks. All you have to do to enter is follow us @liveplanted on instagram. Then leave a comment on the giveaway photo on which ebook you’d like to win. For a bonus entry you can tag a friend in the comments. (Winner chosen at random. Deadline to enter is Friday September 23rd.)

  1. Hi,
I am the Culinary Curator for Plant Based Support Group. I just purchased “Epic Vegan Instant Pot Cooking”, I love it! My favorite so far is the Creamy Alfredo Pasta. I am contacting you because I would love to give you the opportunity be a part of efforts to bring the best recipes to plant based individuals AND give you a platform to spread the word. Please look at pbnsg.org’s culinary section.
Trying to develop a pressure cooker section, I would love to bring you to our “Chef’s Brigade”.

    Thank you for your consideration.
